These Details of Service comprise a binding agreement between you andtitle , the operator of the Site. These Terms of Service apply whether you are a "Visitor" ( which suggests that you simply skim the Site ) or you are a "Registered User" ( implying that you have joined the Site's network by registering ) or you're a "Member" ( which suggests that you have joined the Site's network by registering and paying a charge ). The term "User" refers to a Visitor, Registered User, or a Member.

Account Terms 
You have to be eighteen years or older to make use of this Service. 
You have to provide your legal full name, a convincing email, and any other information requested to complete the sign-up process. 
Your login may only be used by one individual - a single login shared by multiple folks isn't permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as you'd like. 
You are accountable for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and may not be liable for any loss or damage from your failing to obey this security obligation. 
You are accountable for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account ( even when Content is posted by others who've accounts under your account ). 
If you are employing a free account you are not permitted to block ads. 
One individual or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. 
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unapproved purpose. You must not, in the employment of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction ( including although not restricted to copyright statutes ). 
Payment and Refunds 
A kosher Visa card or bank account is needed for paying memberships, workshops, conventions, and other events purchased fromtitle . 
No repayments will be given for workshops, seminars, and other events bought fromtitle . 
All memberships are non-refundable. Annual memberships are billed in advance and stay in position for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase . Monthly memberships are billed ahead on a monthly basis and will immediately replenish every month, unless cancelled as per "Membership Cancellation and Termination" below. There will be no deductions or credits for partial months of service, or deductions for months unused with an open account. So as to treat everybody equally, no exceptions will be made. 
Should you buy a workshop, convention, or event but make a decision not to participate, you will request either : i ) to reschedule to another event of equal or smaller value , or ii ) to switch somebody in your place, provided you do so inside a week prior to the event. 
You are wholly accountable for notifying the Company if you cannot attend a workshop, convention, or event. 
All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or commitments imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be answerable for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States ( Fed. or state ) taxes. 
Unless otherwise expressly mentioned all prices shown are in United States bucks ( Greenbacks ). 
Membership Cancellation and Termination 
You are solely responsible for correctly canceling your membership. An e-mail or phone request to cancel your membership is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your membership at any time by signing in and clicking on the Account link in the world navigation bar at the very top of the screen. The Account screen offers a simple no questions asked cancellation link. 
All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service on cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is cancelled. 
In the case of Monthly memberships, if you cancel the Service before the end of your present paid up month, your cancellation will become effective instantly and you won't be charged again.
